Also, leave your gun stock. Many places don't allow anything else for CQB. When you get a second gun, and you're slightly more experienced, upgrade either for outdoors, and leave the first one untouched. Not only that, but a PDi 150 spring is the treshhold for the max of a stock AEG. You'll significantly shorten it's life that way if you don't upgrade the other internals. What you'd be doing is the equivalent of dropping in a turbo on an otherwise stock car. Adding a bigger battery is the equivalent of dropping in a nitrous oxide bottle to the mix.

haha good analogy

If you havent played a "actual" game you may want to hold off and go to one. This way you dont waste your money and hate the game .... not that I think you will, this is an awsome sport. But you can also look at getting custom batteries made. I dont know off the top of my head any companies in Red Deer, but just another thought.

I've always been interested in protectile weapons, or any sport that involves moving objects. I played paintball with my buddies a few dozen times and I enjoyed that, I'm one of those "OMFG I GOTTA HAVE THAT NOW OR I'LL DIE!!!" kinda people...

Anyways, I went to Crappy Tire today looking for eye protection, and I found that I dind't like the style of any of em... Suggestions anyone? Also looks like they got some new springers in. Still handgun but they look stupid.

Any paintball aproved googles are good. Some fields will allow other Ballistic googles such as Bolie or Wiley-X.

Springers are a shitload of fun if they're used right. Pistol skirmishes with a springer are a hell of a lot more challenging with fools like me running around with full auto GBB's.

I used a spring TM 1911 hghu in a film that i shot last year, looooots of fun to play with, but a little too impractical to game with. Save your cash for a KSC glock or, if you're brave and not so frugal, buy a WA beretta series pistol... *drool*

*bowing* thank you, thank you.

if you ever see me online playing counter strike source, my username is Lobster_Italiano... hence the lobster holding the Italian flag...

as for the Giordano's Italian Sausage, that was my beloved g/f's idea.

Buy at least one more battery. An AEG with no power at a game is just a fancy paperweight.

Keep in mind that the TM M4 guns have the fatal barrel wobbel flaw. Easy to snap the gun in half.

Id also suggest a G36 or an AK47 over the M4 because of the version 3 mechbox. Better internals, more solid

I was looking through the forums and noticed an elaborate way to eliminate that barrel wobble. Anyone else have a more "wallet friendly" solution? I am going to a RC hobbyshop after I get my M4 and will then take a look at alternate battery options and charger options. I can solder fairly well so it shouldnt be a big problem.
