I'd like to know the actual sizing differences between Emerson & TMC

TMC always seems to be a size up (so bigger than listed) from my experience.

At least you know you're getting propper U.S sizing when going real deal - that opsgear.com site is fairly cheap for something that would last.

I Have a set of Emerson Multicams I bought to try out, I honestly like them, the colour is close to the real Crye pattern, and the colours hold up after washing but takes a bit for the material to soften up, I'd suggest them if you want something cheap, you could go with ALLWIN but their pattern is a bit larger and a bit too yellow compared to Cryes. If you get the Emerson set, get them stitched strongly in the weak areas. Mine have held up quiet a bit, used on week long and 72hr ops, I have no complaints.

I've also owned SORD Multicam's, excellent for the price, lots of space, end choice is yours though.

Emerson uses Asian sizing, so you'll want to go a size up when buying. OpsGear is military affiliated and also supply several police forces and thus have to provide quality gear. The BDU and ACU I own from them have been put through the wringer and are still beautiful ;-) .

I just picked up some SORD BDU pants on special. The light pants are very affordable. http://jerkingthetrigger.com/blog/20...datorarmament/

Well, first off, sorry for taking ages to reply to the thread.
I actually went with the UR-Tactical fast response pants in Multicam. From my understanding, its legit Crye MC. They should be in my hands tomorrow or the next day, so when i get them ill post up the good and the bad.

I have personally owned a set of their Integrated Battle Pants 3D Multicam, and I currently own a set in A-TACS AU. I recently sold the Multicam ones to fund my Crye Precision G3 pants.

It was indeed real Multicam fabric (They even had the little Multicam tag sewn onto the side of one of the pockets) Overall quality was great to say the least. Tight stitching, high quality thread, real Multicam fabric, YKK zippers. However, the velcro was a cheap-o china velcro that shreds. Although in my experience that is only their brown velcro. The green velcro they use is of far superior quality.

Biggest issue I had was with the knee pads. The OPS (UR Tactical's brand name) knee pads aren't flexible at all. I had to modify mine for them to work appropriately. Even after the modifications I made to them I always had and continue to have an issue to them. The hard, exposed part of the knee pad always ends up above my knee when I go to take a knee, thus putting a lot of stress on the fabric of the pants below the integrated knee pad. This is due to the lack of stretch material at the top and sides of the knee pads. I currently run the OPS knee pads in my Crye Precision G3 pants, and my Toy Soldier AOR1 pants without any issues what-so-ever (after I made some modifications to increase the flexibility of the knee pads)

I have and continue to own a lot of UR Tactical's gear. Their clothing is great, but their magazine pouches aren't too good in my experience.

Plus they ship quickly... I've had my order shipped and tracking information in my E-mail inbox 20 minutes after I placed my order with them a few times now. The items typically hit my doorstep in 2 weeks time with standard shipping, however I opt for express shipping which normally takes 4-5 days.

Overall, I would highly recommend UR Tactical's gear!

Shipping wise, all i can say is holy fack! I placed my order on the 10th and i got word of it shipping in less than 24hrs. 3 days later it lands in vancouver and the same day is shipped out with canada post to make its way to Edmonton,And thats without express shipping, just their standard shipping plus tracking number.

And as for the kneepads, the Fast Resopnse style uses inner foam pads, not the ones resembling Cyre's airflex pads...i think thats what theyre called anyway. But like i said, ill post up how they are and how everything is once i get them...hopefully i can game them this weekend and post a follow up aswell.
