Its not a rule, its because older members get a bit tired and jaded because the same 50 questions are asked time and again. And while we should just ignore them if we don't feel like answering the same questions we tend to be grumpy farts and be overly harsh with newer members who are just asking most of the same questions we ourselves asked a few years ago.

Issues with the KWA gun:

- Magazine Floorplates tend to break, you'll need to keep gluing them back on
- It fires hot... like super fucking hot. My M9 was doing 380 with .20s, I had to go buy a special valve that after shipping cost me $60 to play anywhere in Toronto

It is a tack driver, though, and I love having a functional decocker. Fits much better than my Glock.

i heard the "floorplates" got fixed with two screws plus the two little rails.

I bought two magazines last month, they still have the two rails only. Both have failed. Then again, I mostly do drills with my gun, so there's a lot of holster wear and wear from loading practice.

But yeah seriously, ASC, without an AV tag, people will just pick on you until you get one. Also, there's an unwritten rule on ASC that forbids non AV'd or newly AV'd people from asking too many questions within a single period of time, so choose your questions wisely, or reservists will also pick on you no matter whether it is warranted or not. Especially if it is unwarranted.

Most of it is just trolling tho so just let it slide.
Try asking better questions. You'll get better answers. There are plenty of examples of non-av'd people asking questions and getting good answers.

You'll get a shitty answer when:
a) You're being lazy and haven't bothered to search for the likely 50 million other threads on the exact same topic, or
b) Your question is a vainly disguised question about procuring a gun, or
c) You get an answer, don't like it, and proceed to call us AV'd people douchebags, elitists douchecocks, or completely ignore what we said anyway.

75% of non-AV questions fall into category "A", about another 20% in B and C, and the remaining are the good questions we like answering.

It doesn't take a genius to compare threads and see what kind of ones get flammed and what ones don't.

STFU noob.

The KWA is probably more expensive. If they are close to the same price, buy the KWA. If not, go by how much you're willing to pay. Mags and parts will be more expensive for the KWA though, since it's KWA-only design unlike the KJW which is a TM clone.

the kwa m9 i have found brand new for $199 and, $45 from mags. the kjw m9 i have found for around $215+ and $35 for TM mags because i have heard TM m9 mags work in the kjw m9's. so... it looks like i will be adding a kwa to me and my dads arsenal.

How the hell is it so cheap?......I bet that it has to do something with the revisions to the minimum fps laws...

Also....a person is usually nice or not depending on their mood.....all people have moments where they just want to be assholes and others where they wouldn't mind helping out.

So according to your statistics, 95% of the problem lies with the non AV'ers themselves being noobs, while 5% of the time good questions gets answered. There is 0% instance where jaded trolls and flamers of the AV'd community picks on the non AV'ers just cause they are bored and annoyed? I find that extremely dubious statistics... 0%?

And yea Styrak I was just joking you can relax now. I can't remember if you actually flamed me in the past and since I really didn't care, most of them were trolls anyways, I really don't have beef with anyone here on ASC.

But either way I suggest you watch your step on ASC. From my on experience and from what I've heard from others, ASC is a minefield.

Very good. I for example was in such a mood in my earlier posts, one just had to watch the National that night to see why. Today, given the Budget, I'm in a better mood and won't point out what a poncy smartass you're being.
