Is he wearing real multicam? Might be the camera but the brown and tan look really off...

Marpat works REALLY well in deadfall, probably the best camo for deadfall apart from hunting camo. But it still won't work if you're wearing black.
Flecktarn too, I've seen it at work in fall last year and it's amazing in dead leaves of all colors.

YEEEESSSSSSS

I find lighter camo's work best at night, like ACU, multicam, and A-TACs
Reason being, the things that are light colored during the day are still light colored at night, there's just less light.
multicam still blends into everything at night, and because it's light, it's very hard to see.
Whereas flecktarn, DPM, marpat, woodland, etc just turns into a big black blob that's easy to spot.
It's also a matter of surprise, nobody is used to looking for lighter camo at night, and nobody expects you to hide in a moon-lit patch of wheat. But that's where ACU and multicam really turn invisible, so you can hide right out in the open, and right in the light.

At the last coldfront, I was under a pine tree branch but directly in the moon light with a chain link fence in front of me. I had someone come up and sit down not 2 feet in front of me for 2 minutes, then his buddy came by for a minute, they didn't know i was there until they got shot while walking away lol

ACU/UCP would work quite nicely in that environment IMO.

You should have a selection if you have the means. Combinations are effective especially in winter.

A-TACS Would Work Great. Their Shading is great for areas with a lot trunks/branches.

Way too much orange on the ground IMO for A-Tacs. Might as well go ACU then.

I think UCP Delta would work pretty well considering the amount of brown and orange.

Considering the camera was focused on the guy from something like 10 feet away... I doubt any camouflage will meet your criteria...
Ghost Recon: Future Soldier Trailer - Live Action - YouTube

That comes the closest, but at that range, you'd still be able to pick out the blur.

That's pretty much spot on, there was no grading or noise reduction. WB is fine too.
