That might simply be because the rubber it too stiff. It should get better with use.

Also try to turn the wheel inside the ejection port counter-clockwise. That is the hop-up. It gives a backspin on the BB to keep a flat trajectory. Too much can cause missfeeding once in a while (for example, when the ammo is not perfect and a bit larger).

Also NEVER use the ammo that comes with the gun and NEVER buy cheap ammo. Anything cheaper than 10$/2000 is GOING to damage your gun.

either that or it looks like his tappet plate could be damaged, cause the nozzle wouldn't stick out that much. Fire a shot on semi and see if the nozzle goes in more if it remains there then you got a tappet plate issue.
