PS: I came on these boards in 2005 so I would only have been about 15, closing on 16, best thing I ever did was wait, you want to join our community? that's fine, but as a community we have rules, followign these rules is how it works but also has the benefit of proving you're capable of following "our ways" and have a valid interest in the sport and community. 3 years awas a long wait but it's definately worth it. PSS: Christ ...... I've been a member on these boards for 5 years?!

Dude, I know that you are just itching to play, and it sucks to have to wait a few years until you are 18, but saying how you are mature and will be careful will not change our opinions and advice. Save your money, focus on the important things in life right now, stay part of the ASC community and read the threads and post questions. The bottom line is that we wont help you obtain a gun or let you play with us at your age. You can now choose to take our advice and accept it or ignore us and hope that your parents and friends don't have to face the consequences. There really is nothing more to say.

Ignoring what has been said and going ahead with your plans is a good way to get yourself branded as undesirable with this community, NOT a good way to get yourself accepted when you turn 18. Either way, the next four years would be much more usefully spent improving your english and grammatical skills instead of playing with toy guns

None of those are good snipers, in this sport you get what you pay for. You're more than welcome to post and ask stuff until you're old enough to buy and own these items. None of those guns are good though, I'm looking to get into sniping and I've been recommended to stay away from those from all the info I could find and people I talked to

Right now it doesn't matter what good ones are, as who knows what will come out or be discontinued in the next 4 years, there's a few good ones, all of which can be found easily by doing a google search

To be honest there is no such thing as a good beginers sniper platform. The closest is a long barreled AR type rifle. Because any sniper platform that will actually have an advantage over an aeg will cost about $600 plus about $400-500 of upgrades. So figure $1100 for a gun with slightly better range and acuracy that an aeg, and then assume that about half of the people who try sniping end up deciding it is not for them. If you like playing paintball keep playing it, I play paintball all the time too even though I play airsoft. Its not one or the other.
