And since the Seller has dropped comms, and Canada post will not deal with the receiver. Means Im hostage to the sender's "Im looking into it". Either way, Paypal has made it clear that they will do nothing unless the purchase was made on Ebay.

Wait so not only does it take 3-5 days to activate the account, its another 3-5 days to transfer debit money onto paypal so you can send money to the seller of a gun?? (example)
