Oh, btw am I the only one who got BDUs that felt like they were of poorer make? I mean the button holes were not properly cut and I had to do it manually with a pair of scissors before I could actually button up. There were fringes and it was single stitched in some areas. I could imagine soldiers in the field getting their BDUs ripped, since it might be cheaper to get a replacement...

To be honest I don't actually see a lot of soldiers wearing their 07 rig with their 07 BDUs. They'd wear type 02 or other woodland most of the time. Also, I see mostly rigs for sale, but not actual plate carriers or even vests.

Also, I've never seen any winter jackets in 07 camo pattern. Is it possible that they only wear the brown/desert one during winters? 07 series also doesn't have any snow camo, and the only white uniform is the old urban one worn by the flying tigers...

Edit: They do have 07 winter jackets lol

those are for armed police(武警), not for PLA. also FYI, snow leopard are the special force of the Chinese Armed police forces, they are not part of PLA.

People's Armed Police is apart of the PLA, and SLCU is just a branch from them, so theoretically, they are apart of the PLA.

No, Armed police is not a part of PLA. I assume you can read Chinese?

Now we know the name of the knife.

Edit: Google turned up virtually 0 relevant results using that name, justified considering unlike the US army, PLA doesn't advertise its stuff =P

According to the pictures I found, the Chinese police also uses a type of crossdraw vest knock-off, except it's black
