I don't know if it is being delt with, but I have been seeing a large increase in people bumping ealier than the 7 day cycle. Sometimes the next day.

Please continue reporting. You may not see immediate action, but it will get done as soon as staff have the opportunity. It is not an automated system, and does need to be manually taken care of.
