My baby has arrived...

Picked it up today. Its on my bed right now, and its going to get some loving tonight... ^^ <3

But damn, the gun is so well made. Only slight wobble in the stock, which goes with any kind of retractable stock really. The gun from body to barrel is 100% solid.

I will try to start taking the thing apart soon, starting with the stock. Will let everyone know how it goes. :P

I love you long time baby.... long time... :P

Anyone thrown an full length/tightbore barrel in there? I'm wondering what it would push it up to.
I'm thinking something like 500fps+?

Just got mine today and fired some test shots through it.
It's yummy....

Short trigger pull like a 22, but it doesn't break cleanly at a certain point.

Yeah thanks for taking my words and twisting them into something I didn't say.

But it actually looks like a decent gun, not that anyone would actually use the real one in any kind of situation other than to shoot gophers or cans

Field Report:

OMG this gun is awesome! I got so many kills with it, and the range is incredible. I used 0.4's all day. Even though I only had one mag it was very fun. I'll probably pick up a few more so I don't have to constantly reload my one mag. Although I was picking my shots so it was ok. It was about 11 or 12 degrees during most of the gaming today.

Towards the end of the day the BB's weren't hopping like they're supposed to. I switched to lighter BB's (0.25's) and turned down the hopup and that worked fine. My buddy also ran 0.28's through it fine. I'm not sure if I wore down the hopup rubber shooting 0.4's or what, but it's not shooting those like it did most of the day anymore.

The mag also starting leaking. I emptied the gas, tightened up the allen screw on the bottom, and refilled and ran the rest of the day no problems.

No other issues.

Question for you onwers : how loud is the thing ? All GBBRs I had in hand so far had huge bolt carrier and so : very loud sound even with my Gemtech G5 (best I ever had for noise reduction).
The 10/22 has internals a lot lighter/thinner so I'm guessing it may be a lot more quiet.

I've wanted this since RedWolf showed it off. Jealous of you all that have it already.

Would much prefer the wood stock version. Good to hear it's fielding well.
