TOP is a great wallhanger, too bad the internals are crap.

I am quite excited since the new MP40's CANNOT be worse than the TOP MP40's.
TOP made an absolute mess in the internals, the engineer(s) must've been drunk..

I really hope the Chinese guns will be 1/2 of the TOP around 400-500 bux.

I would get one in a heartbeat, hah airsoft heartbeats take months

I have viewed the pics carefully of the "new" chinese model of the MP40. Can ANYONE tell me what the hell that little switch just above and behind the magazine release is? You know, if they are going to make a replica, at least have the courtesy to make it as realistic and true as possible. AS for the Top MP40, I used to own one, never ever had a problem with it and found it to be very true to form.

I think the switch may be a selector to allow to fire from fully automatic to semi-automatic mode.....just a guess but if you look very carefully you can see some selector markings by the switch.........I would not buy one of these even if you paid me to...Go authentic or don't go at all!!!!!!

MP40

If I was to send one over in parts, say three separate packages, would that pass customs regulations?

The originals were built from stamped metal (mostly) so it's not hard to build a repro either.
If the price is good, I may not mind a wall-hanger for when I give courses.
What courses do you give that you would need a working airsoft version of MP-40?

Guns that are as old as I am 101...

Sorry Grey, no offence intended. Simply a good opportunity for a joke.

The SRC MP-40 is already out and on WW2Airsoft.com some people already own it.

SO far sounds like good TM internals.
