I've ordered a lot of stuff from eHobby including a huge group order of sixty PASGT helmets. When one of the helmets arrived cracked they sent me a replacement for free!

Lately though with the lack of combined shipping to Canada it's become far less cost efficient to order from them. They've also increased their shipping considerably on some items such as boxes of MAG or STAR mags (used to be $10, is now $18). I think they stopped doing combined shipping simply because it was too difficult to recalculate the charges for everyone around the world and it was eating up a lot of their time. If you've been a good customer with them however they may make an exception for you if you ask nicely.

I've ordered a lot of stuff through eHobby, never had a problem once. They return emails quickly and they ship fast and well the prices if your on a budget are great. Not too mention they have a pretty big selection of gear as well.

Lol. The Great Lakes only account for an area in Ontario, that isn't considered a big body of water compared to the space left along the border..

Oh well. What can you do.

Great place to shop, also pretty damn evil to your wallet, I'm pretty sure I've spent over $1k on general accessories like batteries, mags, mag loader, etc.

The only discount I ever got from them was when they shipped me the wrong mags.

I find that many of their items on ebay is 5% to 15% cheaper than wgcshop/uncompany/airsoftwar4.

i have been buying stuff from them for over a year and they will combine shipping for me, once i ordered a charger, when i plugged it in the wall the magical smoke came out and it wouldn't work anymore I just emailed them and they shipped a new one no questions asked, same thing happened with a laser i bought from them didn't work when i got it they told me no problem a new one is on its way... These dudes understand the concept of customer service in an era of people getting screwed over the web... I love them
