The PMC style AK will look good next to my sexy GHK AKM

I'm going to solve the sluggish blowback with HPA bwahahaha

Gah, If (read: when) I get one i'll remove it too, the only reason being I run my primaries southpaw and it would probably just get in the way...

well I said probably because I've seen builds with extended magwell/s on both sides (either two distinct pieces or one full piece). I know LCT and First Factory make those, but I always thought they would cause more trouble than anything else.

Once I get mine I would be looking to put some wood on it and try to make it as old school as possible.

P.S. Oh yea, at Deadfall even my Glock was leaving clouds of gas on semi.
I took a look at the WE AK last night.

You WILL be able to removed the flange. It attaches using elongated hex screws on the right most trigger guard attachment point, like the real thing. THE PROBLEM IS that you need stock short hex screws to replace the longer ones if you remove the flange, so that the trigger guard is secured to the rifle.

My overall initial impression without firing the rifle is: Wow. Seriously solid build and amazing new hopup/magazine feed. Very cool. Will be my next gun. Period.

just match the threading and length of the shorter ones with any kind of head.

worst case, albeit a tad easier, is to cut the longer screws to length. only caveat I'll mention is, it'd be best to find a nut that threads onto the screw before cutting so you can de-burr the ends as you remove the nut.

....
Pfft...if that's going to stop anyone, they shouldn't be allowed to have the gun in the first place..

I was watching some youtube vids of it and it seemed a lot of ppl had some issue with stiff mag loading. Or is it a user problem with spaghetti arms.

I have experienced no issue.. it's got a good strength spring on the mag catch.. so you need to handle it like you mean it.

I've seen people who just can't align the mag square with the well .. and have trouble.. just take some practice to develop the skill

that half mag well flange should help people index the mags easier. though it might make people, like me, lazy when going back to a regular AK body with out the flange. lol

I too really want 1, i'd love to put on some real wood grips and then just game it until it dies. Absolutely nothing else.

Just went to TorontoAirsoft. Wow, I just tried out the 47u, and it's badass.
The recoil is amazing and how hard it was.

I can't wait till they get them in and the PMC version next month-ish.
