I'd say return them to the retailer for a refund, or get a partial refund for the repair cost and use.

Hrrm those grenades don't look used, The thin packaging does get them knocked around quite a but and small scratches like that are normal...

But... That gasket doesn't appear normal to me.

you've been scammed. those nades have clearly seen some use. the wear marks are too obvious to be from shipping alone.

I don't know the details of your deal but I'd lodge a complaint unless the nades were sold with the knowledge of being in a used condition.

The fill valve looks definitely used, as does the release button. and that gasket is from a toilet or something, BB shower o-rings don't look anything like that.

They clearly don't look new. With that oring in that condition just confirms it.

As heads up for CA grenade shells, I used to run three of them. Mine needed constant care and lubing of the valve o-ring in order to function properly. I found some o-rings from our repair kit for air conditioning systems, and after switching to them, the shells were dead nuts reliable. Lube the o-rings at the begining of the day, and they'd fire and refill with zero problems all day. The o-rings are a green color, from "Cooling Depot" with a part # of 11124608. I don't use the CA shells any more however... I've switched to Co2 powered Madbull XM108HPs...

Well after being in contact with my supplier he agreed to take them back for a full refund. Thank you all for the help. The learning curve is pretty steep when dealing with airsoft. Thanks again.

I've received brand new CA M203 shells that are that dinged up, They're normally send in a package of 6 with only a small plastic baggy protecting themselves from each other.

But the Oring isn't right at all.

Care to tell us who the "Supplier" is? People that try to fool others like this should be known to the public.

Not the ones I have. I've never unscrewed mine and they rearm every time by pushing all the way in on the trigger button.
