It's the "pick and pluck" stuff from Pelican. Took me about an hour with a plain Olfa blade (a super sharp black one). Super easy to do.

All kits 2006-2008 are blank lowers.
Not certain on the new kits though, but likely this is still the case.

Couple guys asked me what my EL003 looked like after some shortening, and how much it stuck out with the lipo, so here it is. Hopefully I can get a tutorial up. I found out this board was worth $150 after I took a pair of pliers to it, HA.

No action in this thread for a while so I will add mine up here and see what you guys think
My PTW with SPR Upper (Modded Dboys kit, Airsoft Surgeon 16" barrel, custom m16 inner and hopup... also have a G&P SPR silencer on the way)  Sorry for the crappy picture, I will get some more and some different angle shots of it later
