Hey, a DHTC chest rig. I haven't seen those in a while.

Your rejection would be classified

These photos popped up on the Oakley military photo contest. They might not be CSOR specifically, I wasn't sure.

That is an old 82 pattern shoulder yoke, can't really see the belt kit, so the rest is hard to tell

'82 Pattern....fuck did I ever hate that stuff. Loved my '95 Pattern LBV! It looks like he's got a digital (or very high-grade analog) Motorola radio. I'm not quite sure what you mean by "wings" though....

The ears on the miniature red dot. I was thinking Larue but that's not right.

Is that the one that looks like a big green fishing vest? What's the deal with those, did they hold soft armour and plates or just plates or what? I've seen a few in surplus stores but never really examined them

Just a material vest with added pockets on the front and back, an OD precursor to the cadpat LBV. No soft armour just essentially a removable smock jacket with 4 mag pouches similar to the current issue vest

There is a flap pocket on the front and one in the back of the large one that would hold plates, most times we would put them in our frag vest and throw this over top. It is a piece of shit was part of the trials and we rejected it first go round, only got it because of low price.

Tooooo true. I've used them, as well as the ghetto tac vest trial/prototype POS that looks like a home made tac vest in mosgly OD (some had bits of black on em, such as a pouch or two) while playing OPFOR. All garbage, just like the TV.

Love my 84 webbing and it can be jerry rigged to other gear easily enough.
