he sent them back to the manufacturer(ProG4).
I bought a $50 mill bit and did it at work. Its a simple operation. If you can get a machine shop to do it it's probably like a 15 min job... |

I have a relationship with the manufacturer, so the price I paid can not be disclosed. You will have to discuss this project with your machinist. |

So the ProG4 trigger and trigger stirrup got here, so I took the oppotunity to clean up the gun and repolish some parts to take pic....also installed is the ILLusion Custom stainless slide catch. The new trigger and stirrup seems to give me the same amount of slack in trigger pull without needing to resort to my electrical tape tuning. Though it has more vertical play. I did endup using electrical tape to shim out the vertical play. I'll tryout this setup with my other Hi-Capa when it gets back from C-More fitting and see if its a tolerance stackup issue with the SD grip vs Marui Grip.

No way! You're actually going to turn this into an open division gun?
You're going to drill the limited edition frame?! D: |

No I have a second Hi-Capa that's being built as an open gun....but I am swapping the trigger setup between them to see how it works on a stock grip....and yes that one is having a C-more mounted....

that's pretty good bud, remember it's just an airsoft gun. one with all sorts of crazy ass moving bits and powered by something you can't even hold in your hand. now that your consistency is good, how are your groupings? :P

Ditch the lower imitation grip bolt. SVI only uses the upper bolt that secures the grip to the frame. STI uses both.
Other than that, I'm envious of your polishing technique. |

Hey RM do you have any gap or play between the hybrid portion of the barrel and the slide? Does it rattle at all?
