Uploading a bunch of photos now that describe the fit/attachment
I will track down a ruler/tape tomorrow and do my best to overlay measurements onto the image with photoshop. I'm here till the end of March, I'll ensure Rusty get's every bit of info he needs for this before than. Rusty i'll be asking you about making me some p90 molle pouches when i get home. Since you seem to have the material and machines

Ah you mean the back neck guard. I can get yo shots of that, but it is infact on all vests, some just choose to not use it.

Why try to be a dick and give atitude at the start? Just be straight forward next time and give an answer. Anyways what trade are you ? Traffic tech or a air crew trade?

call me a dick and think you'll get a response? pretty sure I edited my post almost instantly with an apology. but some users feel a need to get there 2 cents in. even when uncalled for.
We are still working on getting measurements and templates figured out. since I can't exactly send him my gear to make a copy, were working off what we can. than I think shipment numbers will be figured out

OK..so here is my dilemma...I have interest from 5 or 6 people for larges. I need 10 to make it fly at the price I quoted.
The...I have about 4 people who have said that they wanted smalls (which is a pattern that I don't have yet) For the small.....what I am lacking is the time and money to do a small mock up and pattern for only 4 vests...... Anywone who has ever done atterns and sammples know that the samples ALWAYS cost you 4 times as much to do as the finished product. I can't afford to do that righ now...nor do I have the time. The reason I started this project was based on all of the "I'm in for sure" posts on this thread. Really disappointing now that I have gotten as far as I have and can't get 10 people to cmmit (especially when I have committed to bying 2 for myself) First thing first....will ANYONE who is committed to getting a large PM me so I can get an updated tally! TY

Interestin thread. Im making replica too and now have one prototype. It have several rude mistakes like wrong collar and others but remember it is first prototype Ive made using only pictures. Noe I have close up pictures with details of real vest and mos measures.
Main problem - I dont know where to get specific net at shoulders. Thats why it was replaced whith airmesh material. If anyone know where to get this material it will be wonderful Here pictures. Note the vest have only one armor plate inserted at back. |

I was trying...but no one came through with the numbers I need.....
and Diho is doing them as well. If you want a custom one then contact me.....I will do them individually The only reason I announced the arid one is that I have some extra fabric...which is EXTREMELY rare...so....first come first served on that one....

I'm not sure, but I think the CF's implementing a new shoulder protector design- The old one apparently got tossed in favor of one shaped more like a brassard.

yeah...got that....first things first though....and it is only implemented on the Arid vest used in the pit ..from what I understand
