New Trailer with CGI added of a short film that our group was involved in. If you liked the last trailer you're going to think that this one is Very cool.

Calling all people interested in doing an axis impression. The Ontario Airsoft Re-enactors are looking for you. If your interested or if you have questions give me a PM here on ASC or on our website. www.ontarioairsoftwwiireenactors.com

Cheers

Rob

P.S. If you join the Axis forces you get to shoot at Lee, that's got to be worth it all on it's own.

Some of their guys come out to our events but we are looking for airsoft players that would like a try WWII re-enacting, specificially German. But if there are guys out there that would like to join the Allies well don't be shy.

And yes, we are very aware of what re-enactor groups that are out there.

Many of the fellows do both.....play airsoft and re-enact at living history events.

Rundown of startup costs

I have been interested in getting into WWII re-enacting / Airsoft for about 4 years.
about a year ago Lawdog gave me some kit when I purchased his AGM StG44

This planted the Seed. Last yer my wife gave me some money to put towards gear.

And This year I decided to Host a WWII airsoft game in the spring.. Which resulted in me getting off my Butt and getting my impression together

I decided to do a German impression, as it seems that more people do Allied impressions .. and more AXIS players would be good.

I am mildly allergic to WOOl.. so this presented a problem right off as Most German uniforms are Wool .. but SS camoflage uniforms were not wool so this informed my decision to proceed with a Waffen SS impression , I know I am going to have to get into Wool eventually .. to build the depth of the impression and particularly if I want to do any Early war stuff..

Here is the Kit list

Clothing:

Oakleaf - camo hat- given to me by Lawdog
44 "peadot" camo trousers and jacket - Hessen
Oakleaf camo- smock- loaned from Lawdog
East German jackboots - $30 private purchase
low "ammo boots" - already had em
Canvas Legging - Military Tour
Pant Suspenders - Military Tour
"headsock"- Military Tour

Still needed

Service Shirt
Greatcoat
camo parka
gloves
Wool Pants
Wool tunic

Gear:

Equipment Belt= ss buckle- Hessen
StG44 ammo pouches - Hessen
canteen complete- Hessen
Ystraps- Military tour
Mess tin - Given to me by Lawdog
Helmet + camo cover- Military tour
Oakleaf Zeltbahn -Military tour
Bread bag- Military tour
A frame assault pack - Military Tour
A frame assault Bag - Military tour
E tool carrier+ e tool - Military Tour
Gas Mask Carrier + straps - Military tour
Selection of Tornister Straps and equipment straps -Hessen and Military tour.

Still needed - nothing

Weapon:

AGM StG 44 + 6 mags - Purchased private
K 98 Sling - Military Tour
Luger Holster - given to me by Lawdog

Still needed

fighting knife

Total Invested - $1600 or there about.

I have a lot of stuff that you probably don't "really" need to get going

I really like Military Tour as a supplier.. their shipping is high.. unless you buy a lot of stuff .. then it becomes more "reasonable" but not paying Duty , Brokerage is a boon

An interesting group of reenactors! I was a member of Kampfgruppe Haase for a number of years, but was always interested in combining reenacting and airsoft. I was involved with airsoft back in 2000 (was known as Suppressor back then), but took a long hiatus....
I'm glad to see that your group is growing! BBs are always a lot easier to find than blanks!
So far I have the PPSh, but am working on acquiring an MP40 and Luger.

Looking forward to meeting with some of you in the future!
