That it is, i must have over 10 hours on this thing.
So i ripped apart my Patrol cap, and salvaged as much as possible for the hood.... Hopefully it'll turn out good. Also, found a bolt handle, so now all i have to do is wait, get them installed, and all that'll be left is the receiver, outer barrel, and stock! |

Definatly use a net.
I sowed it. I did not find any shoegoo. Sewing and gluing is a sure bet for a solid net. But either independently are reported to be very solid. My sewing never came undone, even under heavy thugging.

Yep, alot. Surprisingly, Shoo Gue when fully dried, is VERY strong. At some points on the hat i wripped apart for my hood( to salvage as much burlap as i could) was so tough, i just had to cut it. Just buy 3 tubes of it, and be liberal. You'll be fine.

If your net is made of small strands and loosely attached to your ghillie, it will get stuck a little more.
When crawling, it's generally not an issue, unless you try to go trough a lot of little branches. The worst that hapenned to me, is jumping a little stream and getting cought in mid flight by a strong branch. It nearly dumped me in the stream. The branch made me fly 380 degree back to where I jumped and let me hang there, suspended by my ghillie. I tried to rip the branch or the ghillie off, but neither gave way. I ended up cutting myself loose with a knife. When I say my stiches hold... ![]()

haha no kidding, atleast you know the suit is strong.. if you just glued bits to the jacket with shoe goo (since it seems so strong) wouldnt it avoid getting caught up on things.. or still best to use some kinda of netting (what did you guys use for netting?)

It'll still get caught, its more the Burlap than the netting.
Head to Michaels craft store, and get there Decorative netting, its around 3/4" squares. |

You won't be able to make moss stick. Use mostly burlap, then weave in natural vegetation in from the area you are playing in. It'll likely have to be replaced, due to wilting and falling out.
