It mounts to the underside of your handguard. Used to attach a vertical grip.

Will it work on my ICS carbine? because i want a grip on there.

It depends. If it's a rail made for airsoft by an airsoft manufacturer, it should be fine. If it's meant for a real AR, no, it wont fit.

Airsoft handguards are much thinner than real ones, and the screws will not be able to tighten the rail on as the nuts are too thick.
