Scopes should pass customs right?
Hi!
I ordered a month ago a replica ELCAN scope over eBay from Apex Tactical. Tracking number say that it is under reviewed by customs...  If it is seized, should it be on Canada post tracking search? Or I still have chances?

your screwed and under surveillance by the CBSA, quickly send me all your guns for safekeeping until the heat dies down. maybe they think that its a real ELCAN with the tritium sights, and your harvesting the tritium to make a nuclear device.
*adjusts tinfoil hat* i speek in jest, id doubt theyd restrict it, but then again it IS the CBSA. they are probably just sitting on their asses, taking ther sweet ass time to release it to dick you around and make themselves feel big as they jerk off infront of a mirror

Some scopes fall under an obsucre law of non-exportation in the US. That's why they pass custom on our part of the fence, by not on theirs.
Those that do pass because they are miss-labelled I think. And they might also get taxed on our side. Like for cloths or other products avelable here.
