Probably one of those other "can't use my own brain" peeps who wants links to everything because he can't figure them out himself.
And really, someone looking to upgrade a Kraken to 470 fps... can we really take him seriously. By the way, good job making yourself a target for spam bots by using your email address for a username. Good one.

jonhalls@telus.net you asked where to get parts. We told you. I purchased many upgrade parts forom Jugglez at airsoftparts.
Are you really trying to ask "What parts do I need to upgrade to 470fps?" That is a whole other thread. for 470FPS I'd say upgrade everything including the mechbox shell. 470 is a crazy fast FPS for airsoft.

And BTW, safety limits at most fields in Canada are 400 fps, some allowing up to 420. Anything beyond that is just getting plain dangerous.
You should be upgrading a Kraken, but not for more performance. 370 is MORE than enough power, especially in the hands of a noob. You need to upgrade it for reliability first.

Do a quick search on upgrading a Kraken. Tells you all you need to know to upgrade it for reliability.
And there's only so much you can do to make the gun quiet. You can silence the muzzle report somewhat with a supressor. You can gut, reshim and regrease the mechbox a bit to make it run smoother, but you won't silence your gun.

Just so you are aware, we have no published, firm limits in GP. We rely more on the player, and have been using 450 fps+ guns for several years. Upgrade the AK however you want. Playing in other cities will be an issue if it's 450 fps though. I have been known to institute limits for some games though. Very few guns ever make it up to that limit and last for very long anyways, except the PTWs or gas rifles.
But that gives you the excuse to buy more guns.
