KSC Cougar M8000 GBB feeding prob
I have a KSC Cougar GBB that has seen little action due mainly to a feeding issue it seems to have. When the chambered round is fired the gun will the follow through the action until the return when the slide doesn't return completely. This is due to a bb not feeding all the way and jamming the gun. Releasing the mag and cocking it while pointing down bandaids the problem til the next shot.
I would like to fix this problem but don't know how. Also, time to time the mag won't slide in all the way. It still has maybe half an inch to go still. I would also like to fix this problem. Any ideas? Thanks.

Most likely the bottom of your nozzle is broken. I found this in a WEI Tech Dragon a few weeks ago, slide wouldn't go full forward when BBs were in the mag, but was fine without BBs. Under the nozzle is a rectangular piece that strips the next BB off the mag and pushes it up the feedramp into the breech. If the part under the nozzle is broken off, a BB will get stripped off the mag but only go up the feedramp halfway and stay there.
Nutshell, verify this and buy a new nozzle for it. |
