*** SOLVED ***
so as it turns out,,the motor was bad and attributed to the electrical draw,but it was also the "beveled" shims that werent allowing the selector plate to drop into into proper position. after "jasper" did the re-shim, bridged the selector plate contacts, and swapped motors it is performing flawlessly. puked out an easy 3,000 rds on saturday's game without hardly a misfeed just make sure. this problem is now solved
