Blue Steyr AUG: how??
Heya gentzz,
I ve been having pulsions recently of either having a blue body made for me, or painting the one I have in blue. Apart from considerations about the overwhelming potential ugliness of the thing, what kind of paint could I use to make it REALLY shock resistant ? has anyone ever tried to get some colored bodies from TM? I will ask them directly if not. thx all! Jimski Sector Gear slaughter |

The best paint is Duracoat available through Black Cat Powder Coating in Canada. It's made for real steel but they have a full palette of colors including neon colors as well as templates for digital, camo and tigerstripe patterns.
Here's the link to their chart http://www.lauerweaponry.com/duracoa...k&Category=220 I have a shipment coming in this week so i'll be able to tell you how easy it is to apply Hope that helps

Why paint a gun blue, if it's not to represent it as a trainning tool?
Unless you want to make it look like a trainning aid, why? Are you a paintball theme fan?

no kidding, why blue. My Aug went from black to having a huge Autobots crest on it then to dark tan.
For dark indoor games it was sweet with the crest on it.
