Metal bushings, upgraded spring (M120 is fine), bearing spring guide is all you need. Too many aftermarket parts, the more problems they cause (going by experience). And just keep the EG700 in the gun, it cycles the mechbox faster than the EG1000. I had an EG1000 in my MP5 for a year, cycles at a medium rate, then decided to try out the EG700 that orignially came with it (PDI 150% spring I should say) and my rate of fire went up.

M100 or equivalent spring. Metal bushings. That's it. Read the stickied threads about upgrades.

You're looking at about $50 of stuff. Anything extra is not immediately necessary (sometimes not at all)

The secret is to keep it simple.

Since I saw and answered your PM before I saw this thread, I'll cut & paste it for general info.

Sure. Not sure of the bushings, Systema dual oilchannel or something (as long as you buy a good brand, it doesn't matter at all what type you buy).

I installed a PDI 150% spring. I'd recommend you avoid the PDI springs, they have gotten really bad the past couple years. Case in point, I've come across about 10 PDI 150% springs in the past two years, out of which only two of them put out around 350fps. The rest were too long and thicker wire, some were impossible to install, others that were able to be installed shot upwards of 430fps. MP5 has a version 2 mechbox, meaning it'll bust with ease if a heavy spring is put in (even though mine shot 350fps, about two months after I upgraded, my mechbox started to crack and had to be replaced with a reinforced one). I'd recommend the Prometheus 110 spring, should put you in the area of ~340-350fps.

Any bearing spring guide for a V2 mechbox is fine, they are steel and will increase your fps by about 15fps. My MP5 went from 352fps up to 367fps after I installed my bearing spring guide.

My MP5 began life as an MP5A5. I added an M4 slither stock to it, then swapped the entire 'A' front end out for the SD front end. Recently I added a 330mm inner barrel (sits just inside the end of the supressor) and that knocked my fps up to 387 last time I chronied it.

All aftermarket bushings are metal, unless otherwise stated. Avoid Bearing bushings. You dont need a spring guide unless your original one is broken.

Again, you only need 2 things; a spring, and bushings. Check the already written spring guide to pick one with the velocity you want.

While you are doing your research to confirm what everyone is saying, update your profile with your age and location. Then local people may be able to help you further.
