WA 1911's and metal slides
First of all. Does anyone know any dealers or wholesalers who actually stock metal slides for WA Wilson Combat SCW and MEU SCWs late models? None of my wholesalers have anything left, U.S. or HK.
Secondly, whats needed to safely run propane on a WA 1911 if you cant find a metal slide. I'm having no luck finding anyone with the Wilson Combat slides or the ones that say Springfield. I have a AI FR in my WA Wilson Combat CQB which is an SCW 1. I've been told on the SCW 2 and 3 you do NOT need the AI FR for greengas or propane. I have a Wilson Combat Supergrade Tactical here with a stock slide, upgrade slide and hammer spring, cp leaf spring, high flows etc and its shooting propane, came that way with the guy I got it from and said the SCW2 is ok for it but not the SCW1. Thoughts? Suggestions etc?
