difference of high output and high performace valve

i want to get some hi flow valves for my tm 4.3 but my question for you guys is whats the diff between these two??

high performce

high output

high output has higher FPS and takes more gas

high performance has higher FPS than stock, but lower than high output valves and also provides more consistent shot to shot velocity.
