Replacing Hicapa rear sight with rmr

Hi everyone, I have a TM gold match hicapa 5.1 with the following upgrades:

Shooter Design Springfield v12 slide
UAC outer barrel
PDI w hold bucking
PDI 6.01 inner barrel
AIP reinforced loading nozzle
UAC Hammer
Nine Ball trigger
Nine Ball Single side safety
Tanio Koba grip

I'm looking to fit an airsoft masterpiece red dot mount like this:
http://www.a-airsoft.com/index.php?r...sterpiece+rear

This gun is for regular airsoft use and not ipsc style play.

What brands rmrs fit? Are airsoft rmrs reliable for airsoft use? Would my cycling speed be greatly reduced? Anything I can do to keep up cycle speed? Would you run this considering there are no iron back up sights? Anything else I should know before I try this? Thanks!

i found the RMR a Massive detriment in the recoil/cycle speed department and picking up the dot is alot tougher than picking up your front sight in a firefight

How bad was the reduction in cycle speed in a percentage?
