Are you sure that the area of resistance when spinning the sector gear isnt just the point where its hitting the cutoff lever?

That's what I was thinking when I saw this thread get bumped... Thought the gun doc would have addressed it haha.

You don't need to be a gun doc to notice if the sector gear is engaging the cut off lever. If the gearbox is tilted the gun will not shoot and seize when reassembled. Your gears will be toast pretty quickly.
