In the end the issue was resolved reasonably. Would do business with them again but would likely just walk into the store and confirm stock and get the right stuff the first time.
So I can say I will not likely order from here again.
Shipping was fast but....
I ordered two simple items.
A Laylax PSS10 cylender head and an AI "high strength steel probe" propane adapter.

I ordered from here because it was hard to find the cylinder head in stock.
It was prety over priced IMO at $59.99 but I need it so I ordered.
What I received was a propane adapter missing the silicone oil and the duster adapter and a definitely not laylax pss10 part in a plain package.
Not pleased at all, if your gonna sell me whatever random knock off don't advert it as something it isn't.
I have held the laylax part in my hand and have many other laylax parts and their packaging is prety consistent. So is the quality of their product.
And look inside boxes that contain multiple items before you ship them.
The AI duster adapter was physically removed from the plastic wrap stuff inside the box it's not like it could just drop out.
I'm going to contact them, they make it right I will add to my review to reflect that.

I know it's been months since your post. I recently placed an order on Hero Outdoors, a Krytac LVOA and a high cap flash mag. The statues has been awaiting for shipment for 2 days already. I'd like to know how long did it take for that statues to update in your case...

A bunch of the stuff on their site they have to order in, then ship it to you.

Just call them and find out.
