Is your piston from Nineball or another brand?

Change the O-ring and see if your nozzle gets stuck.

Piston is from the TM original

In Nineball piston head pack, there are two o-ring included on it.

I tried two different o-ring , but still get jam .

Have you tried using the oring from the original TM piston head? Not sure why it would be jamming.

No, the WE "stock" piston is better design, and fits perfectly (aluminum piston with V-lip ring).

V-LIP ring was not designed by WE.

It's designed by TM. The design is on the stock Hi-Capa of TM since Hi-Capa existed.

The NineBall piston is better than the stock TM design as it increases gas efficiency and FPS.

With the right O-ring the ported piston provides a much better seal and snappier blow back function.

In my race gun I have used the Nine Ball pistons, as they were best paired with an aftermarket loading nozzle (Guarder,AIP,WE) nozzles are all over-sized compared to the stock TM one.
However, my current race gun now features an one piece light weight blow back unit (Airsoft Surgeon) which includes a piston built into it already.

Use a smaller ring by 1 size.
