KJWorks Support is as quick as everyone says
So I haven't been able to find the post that might have a direct review, but I gotta say, that the KJW support team is actually quite quick. Maybe it's who I got, "Chris", but he's made the process of finding the parts I need for some KJ pistols quick and really painless. Although, I'm not too fond of direct paypal transactions (sending money as opposed to a transaction page of the sort) the prices are really fair for smaller parts. $3 US for small-packet shipping? Sign me up, captain! Even a full replacement hop-up for one of their hi-capas is only costing me about $17. And they've got the process down pat too. Chris has an ongoing quote going for me, complete with the conversion factor for TWD to USD. And overall, I'm having a pleasant experience. In the span of about 7 hours, I got a quote for the part I needed, and got information about the hop-up unit. So overall, from first inquiry to payment is going to be about 12 hours. Not bad for international service?
If you can get passed the horrid english translation on their site, then for sure go through KJW for OEM parts. You shouldn't be disappointed! Update: Correction, 7 hours and 20 mins. They just emailed me back already. Great knowing they're about 9-10 hours ahead Last edited by p0nch3; November 19th, 2014 at 02:20.. |

Ordered almost $100 of KP-05 parts, got it in under 3 weeks, with $6.50 shipping charges. Awesome communication all the way, Chris is DA MAN!

Another thing to report on promoting KJW is that they just offered me some free parts for the problem I've been having with my KP06. Sending me 2 free springs even though I never asked for them is well worth the $3 im spending on shipping

Haha, I'm sorry buddy, but that was precisely the wrong sentence in which to use horrid English. Anyway, great review. I'd like to source out some replacement KJW parts myself. eBay, and my usual other sources show naught for the KP02. I'll take your advice and I straight to the source. |
