Aventure Airsoft Lanaudiere?

I have some questions regarding www.aventureairsoftlanaudiere.com and wanted to know what you, the community, had on the subject. I created an account and contacted the staff on how to make a purchase, apparently I have to deal with them directly to complete the order which I suppose means e-mail them or phone them a list of the items I wish to purchase? So before I go down that rabbit hole I wanted to know:

Have any of you bought items from Aventure Airsoft?
What was the order process like?
How were the staff?
How long did it take to ship?
Any problems? Were they addressed?
How was your overall experience dealing with Aventure Airsoft?

If anyone has any info I would be very appreciative, I tried searching ASC for reviews or mentions but maybe I'm just not l33t enough or something. Thanks, mates!

Bought from them twice.

Nice people, talk to Jocelyn, he is the owner.

Transaction was effortless and done in a timely manner.

They're more of a local (brick & mortar) retailer than ASC/online, but they're a legit operation.

The owner is a great guy, i love the store but the stock listed on the website is not up to date

New website under construction. We try to keep inventory on date but it is very difficult with airsoft, big demand of player and following dealers inventories. The best, call us for more info about a specific product you need.
