Alright, for serious advice since I assume you meant centimeters: My head is about 58-59 cm. I find that Protec Large helmets fit my noggin better than the XL. The XL protect flops around and ends up not being a stable platform. I have those fake Emerson Ops-Core Ballistics which I've been told are L/XL in size which gets fairly stable when you use the tightening mechanic on the back of the lid. What sort of helmet are you looking to purchase? |

I dun goofed. Mobile browser was off to the side and only saw "Helmet Sizes" so I thought he was asking for general advice.
As far as his measurements go for a MK6, I would say medium would be cutting it close. While there is a chance it will fit, if it doesn't and you needed a large you are stuck with a useless helmet. If you go large and find it is too big you can do some quick and easy mods to make it fit better. Better to have it bigger than smaller. I'm assuming that he(topic creator) doesn't have the ability to test before he makes a purchase decision, so without a try before you buy it will be a small gamble no matter what advice you receive. The MK6 helmets come in 2 sizes. Too big and too small.
But 59 sounds like large. Medium is around 57. |

You will need a size large Mk.6A. You will have room to adjust it down to your 58 cm cranium.

Put a cut down Car washing sponge under the crown straps to help with helmet comfort.
