KA CASV-M issue...
So I got paid, and spent a good chunk of the gov't money on a new CASV-M for my King Arms M4A1.
I installed it, looks sexy... But I have a few small issues, or what I hope are small. 1. The barrel doesn't look "centered" in the hand guard. This would leave me to believe that the sites aren't going to work properly (or does that really matter on an airsoft rifle...?) 2. The d-ring doesn't slip all the way over the barrel nut... Is this normal? Or do I need a new Dring? Thanks for the help. |

how far off center is it? and it wont mess with the sights you will just need adjustable ones. And after the casv is on, the delta ring doesnt really do much, some people take them off. its kinda half pulled back and never wants to sit straight but i left mine on for looks.

Mine does exactly what you are describing. I have the King arms Casv on a King Arms m4a1. the most noticable thing is that the front sight post touches the rail on the left side. I don't really care so much since I pretty much removed the front post. My holosight seems to be aiming right where the bbs are landing which is all I care about.
It won't really affect anything unless you are using a PEQ laser that is mounted really far forward. and you can adjust it anyways.
