Do you mean that the BBs drops quickly when you shoot it? Or do mean drops out of the mag when you remove it?

Also what brand of BBs are you using? Cheap ass BBs can jam a gun like no tomorrow.

What mag are you using. Have you tried other brands of magazines?

Try this. Take the mag release out compleatly and load a mag up. Hold the mag in the mag well and apply upward pressure and fire the gun. If the problem stops when you do this its likely a bad fit between the mag and the mag release. But if the problem persists you can likely rule out the mag release.

yes the bbs drop really quickly and when it does that i hear the bb jam in the barrel or something, it doesnt go right trough.

I use bb bastard and a few others and i have multiple types of magazines i was wondering if i should use only the m16 one ( the small vietnam ones) . and often the mag just drops on the ground when i hold the gun.

i just tried without the mag release and it still jams... the guy i bought it from told me the barrel was tight and needed quality bullets. would the problem stop if i changed the tight bore inner barrel?

Try removing your tightbore and try a stock inner. Also it sounds like it is your hop up unit or rubber. I would be willing to wager that your hop up is not assembled right or that your hop up rubber is damaged.
