So bit pissed off, got 2 thunder grenade 3 packs, paid fifty bucks a pop, and enquired about.them by naming them "starter pack". I get home, over an hour away to find that yes it is a three pack, but it was not a starter pack! 50 bucks for three shells, two pins, a washer, the piece that holds the co2. No firing mechanism! I understand I should have looked in store but I assumed since I said starter pack itd be everything I needed to get started.

Needless to say I will be calling xtreme tactics in Winnipeg mb. tomorrow to either be floored by their price of a three pack or to get what I paid for. Worst thing is they have a strict no return policy.

In no way am I saying not to shop there.... Yet. We shall see how I am dealt with. So far their service with me has been excellent and this is the first issue.

Well Gord at xtreme tactics did not dissappoint. Within one bussiness day the issue was resolved. The issue was infact due to their distributor packaging it incorrectly.

This has further reassured me that my money has been well spent at xtreme tactics, and I will continue to do so.
