Marui Detonics shots in half clock after upgrade

I have upgraded my Marui Detonics with Guarder Lower frame and Shooter Design slide, PDI hammer and trigger.

After a lot of work of file, it starts to work fine. I noticed that after putting the hammer in half cock if I pull the trigger the pistol shots. I can't realize what I made wrong, the leaf spring seems to be in the original position and I disassembled and reassembled the frame but the issue is still here

I made some tests: leaving the pdi hammer in place I compared the Metal upgraded detonics with a stock one. Looking at the rear leaving the internal exposed I noticed that the disconnector of the Upgraded Detonics is positioned differently than the disconnector of the stock. the upper edge is more protruding to the pistol frame. pulling the trigger I notice that it different position may cause the shot in half clock. As soon as possible I'll try to post some pics or a video of this tests
