TM 18c Questions
Few questions about my TM Glock 18c GBB.
I'm trying to replace the inner barrel and am having some difficulty getting to it. I can't seem to separate the inner barrel/hopup assembly from the outer barrel. Any specific steps I should follow? Also, in order to replace the actual barrel, do I have to remove the two screws on the hopup and completely take apart the inner/hopup combo? Also, my fire selector is a little finicky on full auto. Once I flick it down, the gun shoots in short bursts rather than full auto. The selector always seems to move slightly up from the shooting action of the slide, and ultimately the gun goes back to semi. Any idea what could be causing this? Thanks!

Well I figured out the inner barrel thing. Still need advice on the burst firing.

the hop unit/inner barrel will kinda pop out with a bit of a twist to the side and push back at the same time ... if you push straight back you will see the little bit that it is hanging up on, if you twist just before it (you have to flex the outter/chamber a little) .. it will pop out. and yes you will have to undo those screws .. the hop up will come apart in 2 halves .. with a sorta L shaped piece of 'tin' as the hop lever , and the hop wheel ... while you have it open make sure the 2 feet of the lever are straight when the wheel makes them push down. when I did mine the 2 feet of the lever were slightly different to each other and at range my shots would hook to one side .. once you realize that your not gonna have to force anything enough to break it.. it's all rather easy to take apart... for the full auto thing... only thing I can think of.. would be the screw under/into the rear sight... it holds all the moving bits for the selector into the slide see if it's loose... if it is, just tighten it see if that helps ..and if it is loose put a small dot of locktite (blue or yellow, or even clear nailpolish) on the threads and tighten it . depending on how long you'd had/used it .. it might be possible that the divets in the selector hole in the slide is worn, or the spring behind the ball bearing in the selector is weak (fairly unlikely to these... but it's still possible) sorry if the above is clear as mud... I don't have mine anymore to take pictures for you.
