G&G loose fitting magazine (s)

Just did a metal conversion, and magazine still was loose in the receiver, so I tried something
I replaced the the stock mag release with a SRC mag release and guess what ..... No more loose fitting magazines
Loose fitting mags in a G&G are a common problem hope this helps others out

if a mag fits loose it's due to either the mags being narrower than normal or the mag well being too wide. only reason the new mag catch is helping is due to it's spring tension.

G&G are guns are and have been known for loose fitting magazines
Changing the the mag release vastly improved the "wobble effect"
Not Disagreeing with you but I found a vast improvement over a stock version applying this upgrade

I also have a G&G M4 and have this problem. It is easier and cheaper to just apply a few strips of black electrical tape to either your mags or the magwell to solve this problem.

oddly enough, using different mags fixed the mag wobble for me

recently got a gng m4a1, the loaner mags i was using till my box of pmags came in, they wobbled a bunch side to side, but still had no problem feeding

once i got my pmags, there is barely any wobble, pretty sure replacing that mag catch might be something i do down the line to reduce wobble further

I'm a electrician and i can tell you that the "tape fix" will work but after a period of time it will start to bleed and leave a sticky mess, I didn't want that
