So how does this work?

So I have just recently gotten AV'd and I'm a bit confused about how to use the AV buying system sorta thing. So I know that there are retailers and there are individuals selling their guns. I have figured out the classifieds (I think...) but can anyone tell me how the retailers work? I see people post the sort of stuff they can bring in but how do I find out exactly what products are available to buy and at what price? Do I have to PM them? Is there some page I'm missing here?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

pm them unless they have a list of whats in stock.
