Post-Apocalypse Rebel/Insurgent
I'm thinking about getting into a post-apocalypse style theme (resistance) (gun, helmet, cloths, etc.) along with my friends who are also in on this idea. What would be the best way to do this?
I was thinking of having hand-made-looking parts on my ak47 as tactical stuff (ie. laser, suppressor) which would have like exposed wires and possibly duct tape. Then have it burlap wrapped. I would also have a burlap covered helmet with some hanging strands for the worn and torn look. It would of course have a mic to look cool. Then I would have some dirty pants and a greasy, dirty jacket. I do have military issued combat boots so I will use those too. Any other ideas?

carrying a gas mask on your belt or harness etc is a must, i wouldnt reccomend wearing it since the lenses might not handle the impact of bbs, and its hotter than hell running around wearing a gas mask
Your gun will look more post apoc if you let it get scratched up a bit too my 2 cents |

there's quite a few post ap threads on here, the main term people use on here for that is STALKER or S.T.A.L.K.E.R any discussion involving that will have tonnes of cool post ap kit ideas your best bet is to search for those terms to find inspiration.
for tactical accessories though it's a must that they be held in place with zipties, it provides the strongest grip (better than duct tape) and really completes the look for the weapon |
