G&P WOC GBBR bolt carrier stuck?

Hi guys! I fired some test shots of my new GBBR and it worked fine until today. After one shot the bolt carrier would be jammed at the rear, it won't release itself until I pull the charging handle. I opened it up and i see some damage at the front of the bolt carrier(not where the bolt stop hits the carrier but the bottom of the carrier right behind the nozzle. I think its the hammer but I'm not too sure. If it is the hammer what is causing it to do this? I try pulling the bolt back and i can't even pull it back far enough for the hammer to hit the front of the carrier. I need some help here guys. Thanks.

Honestly can't tell just like that but I doubt it's the hammer : there's not enough wear to block the hammer set.

Take a few more pictures of the surfaces of the bolt carrier and firing system.

Also take out your buffer spring in case it broke. It's rare but not impossible.
