New Airsoft Retailer???
Hi guy's just would like your opinions if you have had any contact with Regimental Airsoft here in London, they have a store, and also a site?? He also claims to be able to get real steel, any responses to these matters would be greatly appreciated..

Maybe a link to the website would be helpful?
I've never heard of them, and it wouldn't be too far fetched for people to get real steel if they have all the proper permits to do so. |

Google gave me this (website? I'm not sure if I can call that a website): http://www.globalserve.net/~regimentair/retail.html

Their website ain't very helpful..someone who lives in London should go check out the store.
Btw, is this a curse with airsoft or something? 90% of airsoft websites I've seen are unbelievably crappy...or maybe I'm just overreacting as a web developer.

Not a curse no, just some asshats see airsoft as a cash crop and have no idea what their getting into. You just find the odd reliable website once in a while but now a days all you will find is people who smuggle the shit from the states or clearsoft crap.

Anything coming from the Gibraltar trade center is usually sketchy, no offense to anyone.
They could even possibly be mixing up "Softair" with Airsoft, just like Forest City Surplus. It all sounds a little Paintball-ish/sketchy in my opinion, curious to hear more but have my doubts.

forever kaos it right, if there is airsoft there it's Softair. When i first started going to Gibraltar trade center, there was a vendor that was selling mini TM airsoft guns, but that was back in about 2000.

Bottom line is:
If you want to be a successful airsoft retailer, do your research, go to games make friends in the community and build a reputation. Simply open a store or a website and you are bound to fail.

LOL Regiment Airsoft. Used to sell TM AEG's for $750-$1000 bucks a decade ago. Been out of business forever - I don't believe that website is still active.

Lol open Canada Day! This is a great 'pick-me-up' I don't even have to try and that sight makes me feel more computer literate.

His site is way out of date, there isn't even any products listed. There is a section heralding his outdoor airsoft field for November 2003. I think. Just indicates to me that was the last time he worked on the site, 6/7 years ago. |
