Where to find WWII airsoft guns?

I have been looking around town and the internet for quite some time now for second-world-war era styled airsoft guns -mostly the K 98, MP40 and the Sturmgewehr-

I don't know if it's just my horrible luck or not, but I've had no luck on this matter at all. all the stores I have found are located in the U.S.

So if anyone can point me in the direction of a store where I can find there, or at least a conversion kit of some sort; I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks

you have to get age verified to order the WWII guns. If you dont like what you find, you can purchase another gun, and then mod it to your liking. either way, get age verified.

I'm just waiting for a reply from the mods I sent a PM to, to get age verified.
I'll come back to this thread once that is done.

But could someone please at least tell me if the airsoft guns I'm looking for are available in Canada at a decent price in the mean-time?

Thanks.

Yes, they're available.

Unfortunately, if you've been looking at US sites, the prices in Canada will seem ridiculously high.

Prepare to spend 1.5x to 3x the US price.

that's what I ment to say.
I PMed the 2 available age verifiers in my region. One's too far for my current schedule, and the other hasn't gotten back to me yet.

And thanks for the info Toasties.

Depends on your budget.... If it's a wall hanger (eg. you want something to complete your collection of era kit and you don't need it to fire) then a cheaper one is probably good enough. However if you actually want to game it expect around $450-600 for something decent.

Jeff (baker_jeff) is probably the guy to talk to since he made a pretty pimpin No.4 Lee Enfield http://www.airsoftcanada.com/showthread.php?t=75742

Sounds like hes after German/Axis styled weapons.

Again yes their available. Don't use overseas pricing as you will cry ones you see what they go for here but as is the price of airsoft in Canada. There are plenty of each of the guns you mentioned, and with enough patience and money you can get anything you want.

If you're into German guns, then say no more.

If you want a Kar98k, get the Tanaka. DO NOT get any other. I dont care if you think its cooler cause its slightly more realistic, get the Tanaka. trust me, you will love it!

If you are after the MP44, AGM makes one that lots of people i know enjoy quite a bit. they said it performs really well. ive held and shot it. performs really well stock, and once upgraded, im sure it will be a beast. you should weather it down to make it look cooler.

For the MP40, get either AGM, or SRC. i think the SRC version is better, but that is just my speculation. do some research and let me know what you turn up. id be interested in hearing it.

For the MG34/42, apparently a Chinese company is making one, so wait and see.

Unfortunately for both of us, no company currently makes a G43 or an FG42 (though personally im a G43 whore). Hope that helps. If you want WWII gear, check this out:

Hope that helps!

Classic guns with an external reservoir is also a way to go, although they are very very pricey indeed.
You can contact retailers about special ordering you one.
