Dude just stop seriously. You're not really helping, and the OP's question has been answered. Just drop it. The OP understands what the minimum investment for this sport is. He's listening to us, and getting one of the guns that we recommend at a minimum.

Also I for one say it's a TM M3 clone, I never said anything about TM quality, the performance is the best out of the crosman line but it's like comparing something that's at a minimum OK with something thats shit.

@ MoreToasties:

I ended up getting a custom built M4, battery and optics included (no mags, no charger).

Yeah saying its the best performing Crossman is like saying its the best smelling pile of shit. At the end of the day its still a pile of shit.

Correct. The Crosman shotty is a clone of the TM design internally. The externals on our model is clear, although black is available in the US. And as I said earlier in this thread, performance-wise, I really don't see a whole lot of difference between the TM and Crosman. In terms of durability, I would trust the TM as it's ABS plastic is a lot more durable than the brittle clear stuff.

And just to point out, it's pretty hard to compare how bad a clearsoft gun is compared to the 'real deal' if you have no experience with the higher end model in the first place.
