Charging Handle Spring Stretched :(

Recently my charging handle spring stretched (not entirely sure how) and I need a replacement. Does anyone know where I can get one? I need it for an ICS M4. I'm not entirely sure if the airsoftparts version would work, can anyone clarify? I mean, yeah it's just a charging handle spring, but the length may be different or something..

I believe airsoftparts has them for like $3 each.

You may also be able to find similar springs at a well-stocked hardware store.

I've tried making my own out of other springs...works ok, but it can be fiddly.

For the last 2-3 that I've needed, I've just bought them from Jugglez at airsoftparts.ca

Never really thought of that. Just tried it and it seems to work again now that it's almost original length. Just doesn't have quite as much strength, but meh atleast it stays closed.
