G&G M16 RIS Stock Conversion
Hello All,
how difficult is it to convert an M16 RIS from a fixed stock to a crane stock battery?

I don't think you will need to rewire since you've already got a solid stock (where the battery is supposed to be held) and if so, the gun is already rear-wired. Note that you will need a different type of battery. |

You will need to buy a buffer tube, a new stock and a new battery.
It should be fairly easy to do. You might need to shorten/add a little big of wiring, so having a little extra on hand is never a bad thing

I went from Crane to Fixed, and it was super easy. You just need all the parts. (my first fixed stock was missing the metal attachment that was required. Everything else fits the same.
I hate crane stocks. Now I've owned two, I hate them even more.
